Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to clients’ goals. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, high-quality client experience.
