Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert.
  • •Manage inventory and company assets with a business-owner mentality.
  • •Explain system capabilities and provide detailed operational instructions to customers.
  • •Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment, leveraging appointments into leads and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • •Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) while working in confined spaces.
  • •Sales-minded with strong customer-first attitude; technical aptitude helpful (e.g., cable/satellite, construction, solar, or similar).
