Volume Recruiter responsible for leading high-volume, full-cycle recruitment to meet aggressive staffing goals. This onsite role in Plano, TX requires partnering with hiring managers, executing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and delivering data-driven hiring insights to support rapid workforce scaling.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
•Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
•Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
•Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.
•Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired; familiarity with Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, and data center environments.
•Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines; expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
