Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
  • •Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
  • •Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
  • •Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
  • •Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.
  • •Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired; familiarity with Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, and data center environments.
  • •Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines; expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
