Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of machine learning and Generative AI solutions for the customer care ecosystem. Bridge Customer Care Operations, Product, IT, and Data Engineering to turn complex business needs into scalable AI products that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Build predictive models, develop GenAI applications including RAG and multi-agent workflows, create forecasting and experimentation frameworks, and help maintain MLOps/CI-CD pipelines with production monitoring and governance.
