Ensure print cylinders meet quality, integrity, and serviceability standards for the Pre-make Ready area. Inspect cylinders for damage, record and track cylinder/rack/job details, move cylinders to staging for installation, and complete required paperwork. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble cylinders safely, maintain sumps and wash-solvent schedules, follow MSDS documentation, operate SRS per specifications, and support EHS, PPE, and Clean Vision requirements in a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow policies to record, visually inspect, store, and move cylinders in the Pre-make Ready area.
•Remove and stage the correct cylinders per set-up sheets, identifying and logging rack numbers.
•Complete paperwork to ensure correct job number, cylinder number, unit number, and color for press setup.
•Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, and safely return cylinders; maintain sumps and wash solvent schedules; follow MSDS documentation.
•Operate SRS per manufacturer specifications and maintain a clean, safe work area following EHS, PPE, and Clean Vision requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school or G.E.D. required.
•2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing facility.

•Ability to rotate shifts and work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
