Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow policies to record, visually inspect, store, and move cylinders in the Pre-make Ready area.
  • •Remove and stage the correct cylinders per set-up sheets, identifying and logging rack numbers.
  • •Complete paperwork to ensure correct job number, cylinder number, unit number, and color for press setup.
  • •Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, and safely return cylinders; maintain sumps and wash solvent schedules; follow MSDS documentation.
  • •Operate SRS per manufacturer specifications and maintain a clean, safe work area following EHS, PPE, and Clean Vision requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or G.E.D. required.
  • •2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
  • •Follow PPE, hazard materials/waste handling, and EHS procedures.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
