Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage payroll inputs and system uploads, performing monthly, off-cycle, and final settlement payrolls with the Payroll Manager.
  • •Maintain accurate payroll documentation and transactions in the designated repository.
  • •Handle monthly pension reconciliation and resolve pension issues.
  • •Independently run payroll verification and reconciliations to maintain payroll accuracy targets.
  • •Initiate payroll costing and payment processing, generate reports, and resolve employee queries through HR stakeholders and askHR within the SLA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years’ payroll experience.
  • •Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
  • •Experience working with accounting and payroll software, including Oracle and SAP.
