Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze customer-site machine performance indicators using standard reporting tools.
  • •Ensure availability data integrity with CS Site and customers, identify inline/E10 gaps, and coordinate necessary know-how data transfer.
  • •Address and coordinate machine performance issues until performance targets are met.
  • •Monitor Availability/Reliability/XLD KPIs with consolidated analysis reports and drive performance to targets via solution planning.
  • •Prepare solution golden packages, coordinate patch/FCA/FCO implementations, manage long-down evaluation and reporting, and recommend ROI proposals to the customer.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of field work experience with an engineering background.
  • •Insight database knowledge.
  • •Good understanding of performance indicators and filter criteria.
  • •Basic knowledge of Windows tooling such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
