•Use CRM to accurately input and update customer information to support customer management and sales activities.

Key Requirements

•Hospitality experience for 2+ years in hotels, restaurants, or the airline industry (in other industries is fine as long as you have hospitality experience).
•Understand the brand values and provide high hospitality customer service.
•Use a PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) in daily work.
•Have strong Japanese communication skills (in-person, phone, and writing).
•Basic English skills are required for customer service and training (fluency not required).
