•Serve as the primary HR point of contact for on-site personnel and provide HR guidance to supervisors and program leadership.
•Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and HR records to ensure professional handling of personnel matters.
•Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and assist with credentialing and clearance requirements for facility access.
•Support compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and background investigations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Collaborate with operational leadership to monitor staffing, attendance, and workforce availability, and assist with scheduling and HR-related training initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 83,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or workforce management
•Experience handling employee relations and HR compliance matters in operational or government program environments (preferred)
•Experience supporting onboarding, credentialing, background investigations, and HR documentation
•Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certifications preferred
