Job Summary

Deliver person-centred care in a Bupa care home as a Registered Nurse on a days contract. •Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social well-being and ensure their needs are met.

•Assess residents and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
•Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation.
•Coach and guide the team with teaching programmes for colleagues and care professionals, including providing clinical guidance continually.

Salary: GBP 21.93 - 24.22 hourly
