Key Responsibilities

•Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
•Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
•Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
•Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
•Update and maintain project information in ClickUp and collaborate with the existing Wing assistant to ensure continuity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 70,000 - 75,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently.
•Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (Asana or Monday.com).
•Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test and production environments and system integrations.
•Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive risk management and excellent written/verbal communication.
