Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
  • •Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • •Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
  • •Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • •Update and maintain project information in ClickUp and collaborate with the existing Wing assistant to ensure continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently.
  • •Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (Asana or Monday.com).

  • •Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive risk management and excellent written/verbal communication.
