Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end operational transfer pricing calendar and implement global transfer pricing policies across decentralized activities.
  • •Build and maintain transfer pricing models (segmented P&L, cost pools/allocation keys, markups, tested-party results, target margins, arm’s-length ranges, variance analyses).
  • •Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including functional/risk analyses, benchmarking, Master File/Local Files, Country-by-Country inputs, and intercompany agreements.
  • •Monitor U.S. and international transfer pricing developments and lead responses to tax authority inquiries, audits, and information requests with external advisors and Legal.
  • •Own recurring transfer pricing forecasts and workflows (calculations, allocations, invoices, settlements, true-ups), reconcile to intercompany accounts/GL, and coordinate entries with finance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • •8+ years of progressive transfer pricing, international tax, tax reporting, or tax analytics experience, ideally combining public accounting/consulting and in-house work.
  • •Experience preparing/managing consolidated ETR forecasts, cash-tax forecasts, tax scenario models, or comparable multi-entity tax analyses.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. corporate and international tax concepts, including ASC 740 rate drivers, tax attributes, and links among forecasts, provisions, returns, and cash payments.
  • •Ability to trace data from source to conclusion, resolve inconsistencies, manage recurring cycles and unplanned requests under pressure.
