Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and analyze sales planning and administrative activities to align field sales, business management, and trade teams.
  • •Compile and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports with margin, pricing, fill rates, shipment performance, and KPI insights.
  • •Manage forecasting inputs and budget tracking using historical data and projected expenditures for field sales teams.
  • •Develop and maintain reports using BI tools, SAP, and Blacksmith Trade Planning; troubleshoot field sales technology issues with the help desk.
  • •Serve as a key Orders-to-Cash contact by managing broker contracts, retail execution coordination, couponing, scorecards, and customer inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field, plus 5+ years of data analytics experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel and Access—including formulas/functions, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and advanced data charting.
  • •Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive, team-oriented relationships.
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with commitment to customer service in a fast-paced environment.
