Supervisor Maintenance CO2

Oversee maintenance activities for the Yates Field Unit, focusing on safe, efficient operation and rotating equipment reliability. Lead and develop a maintenance team (including mechanics and contractors), create reliability plans for critical equipment, ensure preventive maintenance is performed on schedule, and respond promptly to unscheduled work orders. Partner with operations and engineering teams on safety, optimization, and expansion initiatives, while managing compliance, meetings, and annual operating budget performance.
