Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Corporate Actions (mandatory/elective) and provide voting services when needed.
  • •Manage income and redemption events, including interest, dividends, and tax reclaim support.
  • •Process client trades in equities, bonds, funds and derivative transactions ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • •Handle post trade control, identifying and resolving errors in failed transactions, coordinating with counterparties and custodians.
  • •Handle outgoing/incoming payments and liquidity movements, ensuring correct routing and timely execution.
