Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals while supporting daily retail operations, including POS transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored cross-sell and upsell. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
