Job Summary

Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll SME for full lifecycle implementation and ongoing support. Own UK payroll and taxation subject-matter responsibilities across Global HR and UK Payroll modules, advise on complex business processes, and architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations. Develop estimation models, lead product selection assessments, and present solutions to clients and prospects while creating HCM accelerators and differentiators.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation SME for implementation and support.
•Provide expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM product capabilities and HR end-to-end business flows.
•Lead functional design and development of at least one HCM asset/accelerator/offering.
•Develop and fine-tune estimating models and methodologies for delivery planning.
•Plan and direct product selection assessments, prepare design proposals, and materially influence project outcome decisions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll.
•Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM suite and end-to-end human resource business flows.
•Functional knowledge across Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Global HR and UK Payroll.
•Participation in 2+ full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner for Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation.
•Advanced ability to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and present solutions to clients/prospects.
