Payroll Implementation Manager - Canada

Serve as the Canadian payroll subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll implementations, leading country-specific discovery through go-live. Partner with a Payroll Project Manager on governance, timelines, and delivery while ensuring compliance with Canadian legislation and delivery quality. Lead discovery workshops, advise customers on legislation and best practices, validate payroll configurations with Product/Engineering, and oversee testing, parallel runs, and payroll validation. Contribute to implementation methodology and maintain Canada playbooks and documentation.
