Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to carry out deliveries in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • •Implement delivery procedures for ready shipments, including checking addresses, sorting, contacting customers to match data, and confirming delivery date and location.
  • •Complete and return to the delivery center by the accepted time, and update the operations system while handing over bills to in-charge staff.
  • •Maintain safety and security standards, follow vehicle procedures, and perform routine maintenance such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
  • •Provide fast, efficient customer services, respond to customer questions and complaints, and achieve required shipment delivery/receipt targets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •2-5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
  • •Knowledge of IT skills and Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and evidence of insurability.
  • •Forklift certificate.
