  • •Design and engineer future performance footwear blending innovation, athlete needs, and HOKA’s design DNA.
  • •Manage and drive innovation projects aligned to HOKA’s innovation strategy, roadmap, and calendar.
  • •Develop and refine accurate 2D/3D design techpacks, renderings, and product storytelling.
  • •Collaborate with athletes and the sports science/testing team to test, iterate, and refine products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in apparel, footwear, industrial, transportation design, or equivalent experience.

  • •Ability to balance creative design with technical manufacturing constraints and feasibility.
  • •Strong mastery of advanced digital AI co-creation design tools and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
