Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage design-build and critical power infrastructure projects end-to-end, including site assessment, scope development, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Handle contract administration for electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines, including scope management, change control, SOVs, and budget oversight.
  • •Lead project delivery across planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract/subcontract administration, change management, and resource coordination.
  • •Oversee modernization, upgrades, installation, and commissioning of electrical power systems and critical power equipment across utility, generation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure.
  • •Provide technical and project leadership as the primary point of contact, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and field activities; support sales/service teams with execution strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,750 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years, Associate degree with at least 4 years, or High School/GED with at least 6+ years of project management experience in design-build electrical projects supporting critical power infrastructure.
  • •Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions, including up to 50% travel.
  • •Possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and be able to obtain access to military and government sites.
  • •Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Successful completion and maintenance of compliance with Eaton’s safety program and role-applicable portions of the EESS Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) program.
