Key Responsibilities

•Support client engagements and coach project teams and external partners to develop and deliver innovative change communication strategies.
•Create compelling and technically accurate content for digital, video, print, and in-person delivery.
•Effectively manage multiple client projects of varying size, across a range of topics, working independently and with Aon teams.
•Lead and contribute to new business pursuits, including developing proposals and articulating Aon's point of view to prospective clients.
•Collaborate with colleagues, AI resources, and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class communication deliverables and campaigns.

Salary: USD 118,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of experience in HR and total rewards communication consulting or internal corporate communication; able to demonstrate senior-level advisory capabilities.
•Excellent writing and storytelling skills with proven ability to develop content for print and digital media in compensation, benefits, and related programs.
•Strategic change communication experience and ability to lead projects across multiple topics with independent and collaborative working styles.
•Proficiency in using AI to enhance communication strategies and deliverables while maintaining client brand and human voice.
•Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to drive new business pursuits and proposals.
