  • •Design and deliver land development and municipal servicing projects from concept through construction and acceptance, including subdivisions, site plans, grading, stormwater management, sanitary/water systems, and roadway design.
  • •Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and technical documentation aligned with municipal, provincial, and regulatory standards.
  • •Apply expertise in hydrology, stormwater management, grading and drainage, water distribution, sanitary collection, and utility coordination.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, technologists, environmental specialists, and subconsultants to provide integrated project solutions.
  • •Support construction services (field reviews, RFIs, progress certifications, and technical resolution) and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligibility).
  • •4+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering design.
  • •Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with familiarity with ProjectWise, BIM360, Procore, or SharePoint as an asset.
  • •Solid understanding of Alberta’s municipal processes, design standards, and approvals frameworks.
  • •Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for project-related travel.
