•Own day-to-day ER matters for Europe and the United States, including complex case management and coaching managers and HR Business Partners.
•Build capability across the People organization on conflict resolution, mediation, restorative justice, and bias-aware decision-making.
•Re-imagine approaches to performance concerns, involuntary exits, and organizational changes with operational excellence.
•Ensure governance and compliance with employment policies across the US and Europe, partnering with Legal on works councils, trade unions, and local consultations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 203,490 - 251,370 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; JD or advanced HR qualification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) desired.
•7+ years of experience in employee relations, workplace conflict, and performance management, with meaningful exposure to both European and US employment environments.
•Operate as an ER practitioner at a senior level, independently executing while contributing to global ER strategy.
•Experience managing or mentoring ER team members or HR colleagues, with a track record of coaching on conflict resolution and mediation.
•Deep knowledge of US employment law (e.g., ADA, ADEA, FMLA) and desired knowledge of UK/European employment law, including GDPR and works council obligations.
