Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for high voltage/EHV transmission line projects, overseeing detailed design, budgets/forecasts, margins, KPIs, risks, and contractual obligations.
  • •Develop and foster stakeholder engagement strategies, maintain client relationships, and report progress and issues including scope/budget impacts.
  • •Support pursuit/initiation activities, including Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, and risk mitigation/pricing reviews.
  • •Lead or participate in contract negotiations, client presentations, and required technical reviews with adherence to QA/QC and project plans.
  • •Manage team performance guidance, lead kick-off meetings and project problem reviews, and complete formal closeout/lessons-learned activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field in the Power & Energy market.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the Power Delivery/Utility industry.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience working and/or providing engineering services for IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, etc.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering and/or construction teams on medium to large electrical utility scale clients for high voltage/EHV transmission line projects.
  • •Knowledge of project management processes and tools, including contract management, earned value management, schedule management (CPM/Primavera P6 or equivalent), change management, and risk management; plus strong financial management.
