Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring site-specific policies and SOPs are followed
  • •Monitor geotechnical drilling programs, instrumentation installations, and core sample recovery activities
  • •Classify soil and bedrock samples and perform field testing of soils, bedrock, and groundwater
  • •Install and maintain geotechnical instrumentation supporting slope stability and foundation investigations
  • •Collect readings from geotechnical instruments (inclinometers, ShapeAccelArrays, vibrating wire) and document findings clearly

Key Requirements

  • •Geological, Construction, or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant geotechnical or field services experience
  • •Hands-on experience with geotechnical drilling and instrumentation installation
  • •Ability to work rotational schedules ranging from 1 to 3 weeks on shift (days and nights)
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills; safety-focused mindset
