Assistant Store Manager

Lead the day-to-day customer experience in the store by ensuring retail staff provide top-tier service and are equipped with current product and fashion knowledge to drive sales. Support the Store Manager to run efficient, profitable operations, step in for end-to-end store responsibility when needed, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage staff rosters and issues, promote the Club Apparel loyalty program, and provide feedback on employees and products.
