Marketing Operations Leader (Director - 8 month Contract)

Own end-to-end operations for a creative-heavy marketing organization—driving intake and prioritization, designing workflows and tooling, and running campaign operations to keep work predictable and well-resourced. Forecast creative and production budgets, manage freelance and vendor networks, and turn operational metrics into action while partnering with growth/data. Mentor producers and project managers and modernize processes responsibly by integrating AI to improve speed and quality without losing craft or brand consistency.
