Key Responsibilities

•Own the Admin Agent: define vision, roadmap, and backlog for an agentic admin experience to manage Highspot — configuration, user and permission management, provisioning, and troubleshooting
•Define agentic identity in partnership with Security for authentication, authorization, scoping, governance, and audit of Highspot-built and customer-built agents
•Lead build-vs-buy decisions and drive resulting recommendations with engineering, security, and leadership
•Run the full product lifecycle from discovery to general availability, collecting customer feedback and translating it into requirements and backlog
•Develop deep domain expertise in agents, identity, and the security landscape to identify and execute strategic projects

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 167,000 - 254,100 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience shipping products as a PM in an agile/scrum/kanban environment

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy to executives, teammates, and customers
•Technical background with ability to discuss architectures around agents, identity systems, and APIs
