Visa Pay Customer Acquisition Lead

Drive the growth of new Visa Pay customers through direct and bank-led acquisition channels. Lead frontline acquisition teams and external agencies to achieve volume, quality, and CAC targets, and build acquisition playbooks with issuer partners, branches, and relationship managers. Partner closely with marketing and activation teams to align lead generation, onboarding, and post-acquisition engagement, while using market insights to improve value proposition, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
