Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process via outbound calls, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to branch specialists when needed.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including supporting account openings and problem resolution as a secondary contact.
