Entry AP Invoicing Specialist

Process accounts payable invoices for the NI FSSC AP team by verifying, classifying, and recording invoice data. Clear invoice aging reports and support monthly closing activities, including making VAT decisions. Collaborate with the Accounting and Business Analyst teams to resolve system-related questions and contribute to projects. Understand expense accounts, cost centers, and ensure compliance with accounts payable processes.
