Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop measurement recipes to provide quick, accurate feedback on product integrity and troubleshoot yield/quality issues.
  • •Set up tool qualification criteria and monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and determine sampling strategies for production and quality requirements.
  • •Develop and run projects to enhance inline detection, improve efficiency and cost, reduce measurement variability, and increase machine availability.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering Operations and/or Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization.
  • •Support fab via data analysis and recommendations, and ensure engineering teams are trained on recipe maintenance, tool recovery, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
