Sr. Reconditioning Associate - 2nd Shift

Ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality standards by performing paint preparation and body repair work. In a modern, climate-controlled environment, you’ll mask, sand, grind, apply primer, refinish surfaces, repair plastic/substrate damage, and correct defects after paint. You’ll also support internal and external partners with excellent customer service and maintain an organized workspace while following CarMax EH&S requirements.
