Key Responsibilities

  • •Define brand and visual direction for customers across four continents and ensure it supports trust and completing important financial tasks.
  • •Expand the design system from component library into infrastructure (tokens, motion, content patterns, documentation) to enable consistent shipping.
  • •Drive new product offerings from rough hypotheses to shipped experiences with measurable impact on customers and business.
  • •Set the craft bar by establishing standards for “great” and guiding decisions on when work is genuinely done.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, compliance, and go-to-market to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into shipped outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Portfolio demonstrating range and depth in consumer mobile products and systems thinking, not just screens.
  • •Strong craft fundamentals (visual hierarchy, typography, content strategy, micro-animation, information architecture).
  • •Experience using AI tools (LLM-assisted prototyping, code editors, component generation, workflow automation) with sound judgment.
  • •Ability to sweat details and decide what to trade off (pixel-perfect where it matters, pragmatic where it doesn't).
  • •Comfort operating as the most senior designer in the room by influencing roadmaps via prototypes and shipped work.
