Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar end-to-end, including roadmap, delivery, operating model, and stakeholder governance.
  • •Lead and develop Finance AI Leads and Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and a Mexico GCC team, setting priorities and quality bar through structured reviews.
  • •Be hands-on in designing and building Snowflake Cortex agent architecture across FP&A and Commercial domains, including reviewing pipelines and setting technical/analytical standards.
  • •Serve as primary interface for the CFO organization and BU CFOs, translating business problems into AI-ready solutions and defending prioritization decisions.
  • •Ensure data integrity, auditability, and SOX defensibility across FP&A and Commercial Finance AI outputs, using SAP/S4 lineage and Snowflake pipelines with human-review checkpoints.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance analytics with depth in financial planning, commercial decision support, or revenue management in a large CPG/consumer goods company.
  • •Led teams before, managing Leads and Managers across time zones with accountability without micromanaging.
  • •Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python to review work technically and understand how AI agents are built.
  • •Experience building or overseeing AI agents, automation pipelines, or LLM-powered tools in a finance/enterprise context in a SOX-regulated environment.
  • •Fluent in SAP/S4 data structures and understanding how FP&A and commercial financial data flows from transaction to planning to reporting; Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or CFA is a plus).
