Key Responsibilities

  • •Process allocated corporate events within required timeframes and deadlines, following operational manuals and team control functions/end-of-day checklists.
  • •Act as input agent and ensure deviations are reported immediately to the Manager.
  • •Escalate matters per escalation matrix to the Manager for potential financial loss or client service concerns.
  • •Maintain satisfactory audit/regulatory/risk ratings in line with Group and Company policies, participating in scheduled reviews.
  • •Conduct procedure reviews to improve efficiency and best practices; drive change management and support team members operationally, covering the Manager in their absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • •At least 12 months of securities experience with relevant securities background and knowledge.
  • •Acquire broad understanding of corporate actions processes and market specifications for assigned markets.
  • •English fluency for business writing and communication; read/write/understand Mandarin and Cantonese fluently is mandatory.
  • •Demonstrated analytical ability (including numeric data) with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
