  • •Support and investigate line/equipment stoppages due to perceived, imminent safety risk.
  • •Actively lead risk assessment activities and drive prioritized corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or reduce EHS risks.
  • •Complete incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions accordingly; track and direct parts manufactured as needed for work orders.
  • •Oversee production rate, issue corrective action notifications for quality/delivery misses, manage housekeeping, and supervise training, counseling, and timecard approvals.
