Identify and diagnose issues in electronic devices sent by customers, then perform repairs according to required procedures and customer guidelines. Prepare repaired devices for shipment, working within an integrated IT system. Follow 5S and adhere to health, safety, and fire-protection (bhp i ppoż) rules. The role supports device servicing and repair operations at the Żary site within a logistics technology organization.
