Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs, including baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
  • •Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations.
  • •Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling; consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS; assess impacts on critical and near-critical activities and report to the team.
  • •Apply EVM methodologies and perform schedule analytics, producing progress reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level schedule communications while monitoring deviations and variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 (Project controls / scheduling).
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •AACE certification (preferred) and expertise using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheets (preferred).
