Waste Water Operator

Operate and maintain the wastewater department on a daily basis, including inspections, equipment monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues. Conduct monitoring and lab testing of wastewater effluent for process control, adjust process control to meet discharge limits, and complete accurate daily records. Coordinate bi-product trailer deliveries and pickups, manage documentation and seals, and maintain cleanliness of the wastewater area and equipment while following safety and food safety policies.
