Job Summary

Manage outbound shipments by inspecting products, packing orders, and preparing accurate domestic and international shipping documentation. Oversee packaging material inventory, coordinate logistics for customer orders and trade shows, and work with carriers to meet delivery schedules. This fully on-site role in Culver City reports to the Shipping Manager and runs Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, including inventory handling and related duties.

•Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.
•Perform other related duties as necessary.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•1-3 years of experience using shipping systems/software such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
•Experience shipping commercial goods, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
•Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Must have a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; employment is contingent on background check and drug test.
