Deliver safe, basic nursing care in the surgical unit according to the scope of practice. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, maintain a therapeutic environment, and support positive patient experience. Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety, provide accurate nursing intervention records, and assist with stock and equipment charting.
