Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a strategically segmented mill base to support VF’s apparel sourcing strategy.
  • •Use SPM results to evaluate and optimize Tier 2 supplier performance, including supplier onboarding, offboarding, and reallocation decisions.
  • •Drive material rationalization and lead seasonal and lifecycle reviews of core materials to ensure continued relevance and alignment.
  • •Lead the development of dashboards/tools to track mill performance, material utilization, and cost efficiency, partnering to deliver insights for negotiations.
  • •Manage and mentor the Senior Analyst; support the Director in building a high-performing, collaborative cross-brand team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of supplier segmentation, mill capabilities, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Experience using Supplier Performance Management frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau (or similar analytics platforms) and experience with PLM systems and digital material libraries.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and synthesizing data into actionable strategies.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.
