Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and workstreams within Serco’s Data, Digital & Technology Europe team. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and deliver projects and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, deliverables, and business benefits.
•Lead cross-functional teams of internal staff and external suppliers across organisational and geographical boundaries.
•Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change requests, including financial controls against approved budgets.
•Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining accurate documentation in Jira and management reports.
•Align stakeholder expectations, facilitate decision-making, provide regular project status updates, and ensure compliance with governance processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong IT background with extensive experience delivering large, complex technology projects.
•Knowledge of cloud/digital platforms and related technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID).
•Proven experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle.
•Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing external suppliers and partners.
•Native-level or C1 German skills and professional fluency in English.
