Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions for circuit breaker product lines, including print-on-demand label activities.
  • •Assist with packaging trials, line validations, and production floor testing following procedures and engineering guidance.
  • •Collect and maintain packaging performance data (damage, material utilization, packaging costs, validation activities, and operational efficiency).
  • •Maintain packaging documentation and records (specifications, work instructions, BOMs, validation records, test reports, and engineering change documentation) for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Track packaging project deliverables and communicate status through dashboards, reports, presentations, and team updates; coordinate cross-functionally to support packaging changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience providing engineering support in manufacturing/technical environments, preferably packaging.
  • •Basic understanding of packaging materials, packaging methods, and packaging testing principles.
  • •Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools to track metrics, analyze trends, and maintain dashboards; experience managing packaging documentation and engineering change records.
