Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage standards to deliver measurable HSE performance improvements through robust implementation and improvement plans.
  • •Drive compliance by rolling out HSE policies and procedures across the business.
  • •Coach leaders and teams to reduce health, safety and environmental risk and build stronger ownership and capability.
  • •Prevent repeat incidents by leading investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed.
  • •Strengthen audit readiness and regulatory compliance with accurate records, inspections, permits and licences, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for lasting culture change.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as an HSE business partner or in an operational HSE role in a complex, high-risk environment, ideally construction, industrial, or manufacturing.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge and experience in HSE, management systems, and relevant legislation.
  • •Sound understanding of Injury Management, Workers Compensation and Health Promotion.
  • •Relevant tertiary qualification in work health and safety, risk management, or a related field.
  • •Availability to work on-site, 5 days a week.
