Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic projects end-to-end: frame problems, design workplans, drive analysis, synthesize findings, and deliver executive-ready communication.
  • •Collaborate across S&P DJI and S&P Global, working with senior stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
  • •Co-build the team’s operating model, including contributing to the design and deployment of agentic tooling as a standing analytical capability.
  • •Operate hands-on in a lean team structure, executing work yourself rather than only directing others.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of full-time professional experience, including 2–3 years post-MBA.
  • •Current or recent Engagement Manager / Case Team Leader (or equivalent) at a top-tier strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • •Substantial engagement experience in financial services, financial data, asset management, or capital markets.
  • •Direct experience leading client-facing engagements end-to-end: scoping, workplan design, analysis, recommendation development, and executive presentation.
  • •Exceptional problem-structuring, analytical, and executive communication skills.
