Key Responsibilities

  • •Support formulation of business-prioritized roadmaps and drive implementation of strategic regional projects.
  • •Deploy commercial initiatives across the region, including affluent customer growth, engagement, cross-border service, and partnership development.
  • •Conduct critical analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform management decisions and recommend improvements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across group and markets for business development, project management, operation readiness, and performance tracking.
  • •Prepare content for board and senior management meetings and support IWPB Asia special projects with coordination and administrative processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience designing and implementing execution roadmaps.
  • •Proven ability in customer proposition, segment management, and/or development of cross-border banking services.
  • •Experience in relevant business lines (consumer banking, wealth, or private banking), especially in Asia, and value placed on digital experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with well-developed project management experience across multi-function projects.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across the HSBC Group or comparable organizations, including collaboration in multi-geography environments.
