Interface with Lucid service center clients to deliver a world-class customer experience. Greet customers, answer phones, direct inquiries, schedule appointments based on service capacity and priority, and manage open service tasks and due bills. Coordinate loaner agreements and Lyft rides, create work order pre-writes, and assist service advisors during vehicle check-in with intake forms, photos, and damage reporting. Support facility service requests and related valet duties.
